We're at the end of our second week of school, albeit a short one due to the Labor Day holiday. Walker, who was not keen on Kindergarten at first, is definitely warming to the new routine. He still feels that the many rules and regulations are "boring", but the fun activities, new friends and lovely teachers make up for the boring bits.
Charlie has really taken to his new routine and anticipates the bus every morning with smiles, excited kicking and happy sounds and he even says, "a bu" with wonderful upward inflection. This of course is his version of "the bus". Both he and Walker are little champs, making this difficult transition with courage and heartfelt complaints. We're so proud of them both!
