Bloom!

I'm a little late in getting these photos up - we visited with Dallas Arboretum last Friday for a birthday party. After the picnic party, Walker, Jack, my Mom and I spent the afternoon touring the grounds. This time of year at the Arboretum is known as "Dallas Blooms" and we enjoyed a profusion of bulb flowers. Spectacular!

Grandma Happy In Town!

Sunday, we took advantage of this beautiful weather and head to the Fort Worth Zoo! Here's Walker riding a stone tortoise. The real tortoise wasn't up for piggy back rides.

76 degrees and all day to call our own.

Daddy and Walker took the train to Plano for some time at the city park while mommy cleaned and organized her office! (Long overdue chores are EVERYWHERE!)

Back on the train - home to Dallas.

The technician, Jack and I kept saying "Oh look, there's the leg, the heart, the head, little feet" etc. and Walker piped up with "There's a track! See the train?" Gotta love it!

Big Man, Little Tent

Today was a stunningly beautiful spring day - and Jack's first day off for Spring break! We celebrated by riding the DART rail to Plano for a run around their city park. We returned home for Walker's nap and when he awoke, he was ready for some more outdoor fun. Jack and I set up Walker's tent in the back yard. Of course, he insisted that Daddy join him inside for a little conversation.
