Field Trip and a Stormy Weekend

We've had a lot of weird weather this weekend, which included two separate tornado watches. Luckily, nothing materialized. We did have some beautiful rainbows though!

Also, this Wednesday the entire first grade at Skyview went for a field trip to the Perot Museum! Mom was able to chaperone and catch some of the action with her camera.

Neveah and Walker are buddies.

Jesus says, "Hey! Don't forget about me!"

Kendall and Dar'Rius say, "Me too!"

"Sugar Cookies"

Walker has been taking piano lessons for 8 weeks now. He's very happy with his teacher and even happier with the music he's learning to play. Here is one of his first attempts to play his upcoming recital piece, "Sugar Cookies", without music.

And here he is learning the right hand to "Ode to Joy" in preparation for a duet with his teacher.

A Week with our Aunties!

Aunt Betsey and Aunt Linda joined the Dallas Greenmans for a week of sunshine in the Big D.!This is a first, which was very exciting for all. We spent our time eating lovely meals in and out of the house, visiting parks and zoos, attending theater, riding the DART train, wrangling kids, chasing chickens, playing legos and loving on Griffin, whom Aunt Betsey said is the "calmest, softest, cutest puppy ever." We were sad to see them drive away today.

Get ready, because I'm about to drop a bomb of photos on you!
