Dress Up

Walker, Charlie and I took a little trip to St. George today to the outlet center.  I knew they'd be having big Memorial Day sales and Walker needed some new PJs.  He wanted to wear them to bed, so I had to wash them.  While we were waiting for them to come out of the dryer, Walker wanted to make his blankie into a dress.  We tried the over the shoulder toga style first, but opted for the sleeker more sophisticated strapless sheath.  Walker wasted no time - let the strutting begin!

Reading to Charlie

The highlight of my childhood was making my brother laugh so hard
that food came out his nose.  ~Garrison Keillor

To sleep, perchance to dream...

Little boy blue has been working his toes off these past few days and now he's all tuckered out.

A Walk in the Park

Jack had the morning off from his Shakespeare Festival duties, so we took a walk along the river above Canyon Park.  It was a gorgeous sunny morning!

Charlie fell asleep and we used my scarf to keep his head from bobbing around.

Daddy of the year!

Walker took the two photos below.
Its nice to see the world through his eyes!

...and a self portrait.

After our walk through the canyon, we went to Cedar City's local coffee shop, The Grind, for some lunch.  Charlie had a BIG first while we were waiting for our food.  He reached out with an extended arm and hand to touch and play with an object.  He has never done this while in an upright position.  So proud of our little miracle boy!

Happy Boy

Charlie is off the hook these days in terms of head control, pushing up with his arms and rolling around on the floor.  We're so so so proud of you big happy boy!

All tuckered out!
